1. 15+ Minute Gas & Toll Fee
    For any service located beyond a 15-minute drive from Mount Laurel, NJ, a gas & toll fee of $5 will be charged for every additional 5 minutes.
  2. Free Training Consultation Or Meet & Greet
    We provide a complimentary initial training consultation for your pup. Additionally, all clients have the option to set up a free meet & greet. If clients opt to pay for a service upon initially meeting our staff, that’s accepted.
  3. Holiday Rates
    Bookings made during holiday periods will incur an extra 20% charge. The holiday period covers three days before and five days after the actual holiday. For specific dates, please refer to our website.
  4. Invoices
    Invoices are dispatched every Wednesday or Thursday. Clients should settle these by the following Friday. Unsettled invoices may lead to the suspension or termination of services. Our business week starts on Sunday, and contractor payments are processed every Sunday.
  5. Licensing
    We guarantee that Sileo Pet Services possesses the necessary licenses to offer our services and complies with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
  6. No Harm, Ever
    Your pet’s safety is our utmost priority. We ensure no intentional harm is caused and treat every pet with utmost care and respect.
  7. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations must be informed as early as possible. Charges apply for late cancellations based on the service type. In extreme circumstances like emergencies or severe weather, we may waive these fees.
  8. Non-Refundable Deposits
    Services totaling over $100 for the week require a 50% non-refundable deposit. This deposit can be credited towards future services if cancellations occur.
  9. Payment Methods
    We accept cash, Square, approved payment cards, and other payment methods as determined by us.
  10. Right to Deny Service
    We reserve the right to refuse or end a service if a pet shows aggression towards our trained staff.
  11. Dog Park Playtime
    Clients agree to terms regarding drop-off and pick-up times, vaccination, dog classifications, and liability when booking a Playtime session.
  12. Extreme Weather
    In extreme weather conditions, certain services may be altered, rescheduled, or canceled for the safety of pets.
  13. Deposit Requirement for Unsigned Credit Card Authorization
    Non-signing of contracts may result in mandatory deposits for services valued at $100 or more.
  14. Insurance Limitations and Liability
    Our insurance doesn’t cover damages if unauthorized individuals access your property during our extended pet care service. Both parties have respective liabilities, as mentioned.
  15. For Training Clients: Client Presence, Hold Harmless, and Training Outcomes
    Clients must participate in training sessions, agree to not hold Sileo Pet Services liable for any incidents during training, and acknowledge that training outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
  16. Insurance and Bonding
    We’re insured and bonded via Pet Sitter Associates, offering coverage for various potential risks in our pet sitting services.
