In 2022, while living in Upstate New York, I struggled to find reliable pet care during long workdays. I hired someone through a mainstream app, trusting that my dog would be safe and well cared for. Instead, the sitter I hired entered my home and brought an unfamiliar person with her, without my knowledge or consent. That experience broke my trust and made me realize how little oversight many pet care platforms actually provide.
I knew there had to be a better way — one built on accountability, consistency, and real relationships.
Today, Sileo Pet Services™ operates differently. I personally meet every client and pet first, learn their routines, and ensure we are the right fit. From there, team members are carefully selected and trained through shadow sessions so care is consistent, familiar, and never left to chance.
