Company Policies

At Sileo Pet Services, your trust is paramount to us. We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your personal data. To ensure you have complete confidence in our services, we’d like to provide transparency regarding:

Information Collection: We collect personal data that is necessary for our services, such as your name, contact details, and specific information about your pets.

Usage: Your data is primarily used to customize and enhance the services we provide to you and your pets, ensure seamless communication, and manage scheduling.

Data Sharing: We are resolute in our commitment to your privacy. We never share your personal information with anyone outside of Sileo Pet Services whom you haven’t met during a meet and greet session.

Correction: Should any of your information change or if you identify any inaccuracies in the data we hold, please inform us promptly. We will make the necessary corrections to ensure our records remain accurate.

Security Measures: Your data is secured using Square, a renowned and trustworthy payment and data processing system. We employ additional stringent security measures, both digital and physical, to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Policy Updates: If we make any changes to our data protection practices, we will communicate these changes through email, ensuring you are always informed.

Addressing Concerns: Your peace of mind is crucial to us. If you ever have concerns about how your personal data is managed, please reach out directly, and we will address them diligently.

Refund Policy- All sales are final.

General Policies for All Services:
  • *For services exceeding a 15-minute distance from Mount Laurel, NJ, an additional 10% charge will be applied to cover transportation costs.
  • An Additional Rate of 15% will be added on for all high-volume dates (found below).
  • Refund Policy: Non-refundable deposit on all services, however, if cancelled, it will be applied your next service.
  • We offer military, veterans & senior discounts. Please inquire on our “Contact Us” page.
  • Medication Administration Fee: $5 Per Administration (Applies only for shots & fluids)
  • Regardless of whether there’s an access code, clients must always provide a key when they are away. Additionally, an access code or key is mandatory for entry to a client’s home for all services, unless the owner is present to grant us entry.
  • If we can’t access a client’s home during a scheduled appointment due to key issues or other entry barriers, the full charge for the service will apply. Please ensure reliable entry before appointments.
  • Off-Hours Policy:
  • For any services requested outside of our regular business hours, which are from 8 AM to 8 PM, an additional fee of $5 will be applied to your invoice to accommodate the special scheduling.
  • Please note, the earliest available service time in the morning is 5 AM and the latest in the evening is 11 PM, subject to availability.
  • Last Minute Appointments & Cancellation Policy:
  • Drop-in Visits & Extended Sitting: A cancellation fee of $20 will be charged per service if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Dog Walks: A cancellation fee of $15 will be charged per walk if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled walk time.
  • Overnight Sitting: A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged per night if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start of the scheduled service.
  • Training Sessions: A cancellation fee of $30 will apply if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled training session.
  • We kindly ask for all cancellations to be communicated as soon as possible. This allows us to adjust our schedules and offer the spot to another pet parent in need. Please note, in the event of emergencies or extreme weather conditions, the cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Sileo Pet Services.
For Specific Services:
Dog Walking
  • For every additional dog there will be an additional $15 fee per dog for walks and drop-ins. 
Drop-In Visits
  • If you will be away for 3 or more consecutive days, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
  • Any time between the hours of 8am-8:00pm, the client chooses when to come by.
Extended Sitting
  • If you will be away for 3 or more consecutive days, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. 
  • For any booking that goes beyond the designated hour, we kindly adjust the charge to reflect the rate for the subsequent full hour.
Overnight Sitting
  • For Overnight Sitting, we charge a daily fee of $8 per dog for unlimited walks during our care period.
  • For any additional hours beyond an overnight sitting, the rate is $19 per extra hour.
  • Non-refundable deposit on all services, however, if cancelled, it will be taken off of your next service.
  • A $25 Extra Care & Attention fee will be added per night if your pet requires overnight attention due to accidents, illness, or other needs.
Private Training
  • Customizable Training Plans can be purchased for $45. However, if the client completes the training in full, the plan is provided at no cost.
  • We currently are not offering aggression training. (But we do offer training for reactivity!)
  • Each Obedience or Agility session lasts between 30 minutes to 45 minutes.
  • Each Behavior or Therapy session lasts between 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Our Training Agreement must be signed during the consultation, or we cannot proceed with our training services.
  • We follow LIMA (Least Intrusive, Minimally Aversive) training techniques: No shock collars, No E-collars, No Prong collars

  • Client must book a free meet n greet with us before booking any services.

For Specific Services:
Dog Walking:

What to expect in this service:

  • Service can be optionally divided between a half walk and a half drop-in to address other essential needs.
  • This service incorporates basic obedience and preventative training techniques.
  • At every corner and while crossing the street, we reinforce the commands “Sit,” “Wait,” and “Ok”.
  • Ensure proper lead handling techniques.
  • Approach other dogs and people with caution.
  • Stay vigilant for leaves, rocks, and digging behaviors.
  • Use owner-provided treats for positive reinforcement, unless instructed otherwise.
Drop-In Visits:

What to expect in this service:

  • Optional Feeding 
  • Lots of Playtime
  • Lots of Cuddles
  • Water Change
  • Medication administration (if needed)
  • Potty break
  • Treats (provided by owner)

  • This service incorporates basic obedience and preventative training techniques.
Private Training:

What to expect in this service:

  • Customized Training Plan for your dog(s)
  • Explaining how to handle your dog in specific situations
  • Give recommendations for external equipment to use outside of training
